Bundy Group offers clients guidance on navigating through mergers, acquisitions, and recapitalizations. Our services are divided into three segments:

Sellside Advisory Services

In representing an owner, family or shareholder team in a business sale, we offer our client a comprehensive, confidential, and structured process:

  • Pre-sale valuation and business assessment
  • Development of a confidential information memorandum
  • Identify and contact potential industry and / or private equity buyers
  • Manage the offer and buyer selection stages
  • Represent our client through the negotiation and due diligence process
  • Work with the client’s legal, accounting and wealth management teams through to close of the transaction

Buyside Advisory Services

In representing a buyer in a business purchase, we offer our client the following services:

  • Assist in the selection of acquisition candidates
  • Confidentially contact candidates
  • Work with the client to assess opportunities and challenges of each candidate
  • Represent our client through the negotiation and due diligence process
  • Assist in arranging financing
  • Work with the client’s legal, accounting and wealth management teams through to the close of the transaction

Other Services

We also assist clients with ancillary services which include:

  • Obtaining financing for purposes unrelated to an M&A transaction
  • 3rd Party valuations
  • Post-sale integration advisory services
  • Consultation on family business-related issues

 

In the event that any services provided for our Clients are required by any federal and/or state securities law to be performed by a registered broker-dealer, such as financing or M&A transactions involving stock or debt, then such services shall be effected by Burch & Company, Inc ("Burch"), member FINRA/,SIPC, which is a federal and state registered broker-dealer. In addition to his role as Senior Advisor of Bundy, Clint Bundy is also a Registered Investment Banking Agent of Burch & Company, Inc. ("Burch"), and shall continue to manage the Client project and perform all the services for the Client in such event. All non-securities related services will be provided by Bundy. Bundy and Burch are not affiliated entities.
